I took my XT5 in for an oil change, my service advisor Richard Smith was a very kind friendly guy. He also had my car washed and vacuum. After my car was brought up we noticed my screws on my license plate holder was badly rusted. Richard kindly replaced them himself, which was very nice of him. I’ve purchased 3 different vehicles from Tasca Cadillac and every experience is always seamless and stress free. From the sales floor, finance office and management the professionalism and overall transparency is more than appreciated. As a woman buying vehicles alone I never felt as if I was being spoken down to, or pressured to do make a deal I wasn’t comfortable with.

Excellent customer service. Cassie is the service manager who assisted me. I thought I was going in for a simple leak repair. When we opened my hood for inspection there was evidence of rodent damage and I had to file a claim with my insurance company. Cassie was very helpful and informative.! Could not have asked for a smoother transition! The Tasca family was very professional and treated me with respect during the whole lease process. They helped me with the majority of the paperwork ahead of time and was in and out of the dealer in about an hour. I highly recommend them and would lease or purchase from them again.

Justin serviced our '22 GMC Denali on Monday. I met Justin because he sold my wife and I the truck and was a fantastic salesperson. Justin is an amazing employee. I originally went into Tasca Cadillac for what I thought was a computer issue that started the day before Christmas (not a good day). The service rep. Greg was able to get me in the day after Christmas, a Friday and was able to get me into a loaner. I was able to finish my holiday errands. Between Greg service rep. and the technician a possible disaster was averted.
